Project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and support terms are confirmed through written communication, proposal, invoice, or mutually accepted project brief. Any extra work outside the approved scope may require additional time and cost.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, approvals, login access, and feedback required to complete the project. Delays in approvals or materials may affect project timelines.
Payment terms are shared before project start. Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed. Domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins, third-party tools, ad spends, and external subscriptions are billed separately unless clearly included.
Clients must ensure that text, images, videos, logos, and other materials they provide are legal to use. Final approval of website content, design, and functionality remains the client's responsibility before launch.
Websites may depend on hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, email services, plugins, APIs, or ad platforms. We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
We work carefully to deliver reliable digital services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, search rankings, ad performance, sales, or leads. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
